  7. Today I will show you our new feature "Awakening Auras". It is pretty straightforward, your aura and name colour depends on how many times you used "True Awaken" from our awakening npc at main town. As long as you have the required True Awakening count, getting aura or name is easy! Just talk to the NPC! As you can see there are 2 new options (3 and 4) Awaken Aura and Awaken Color Name. This guide covers Awaken Aura part. So go ahead and click that! You will see Aura names and along with them (x TA) indicators. This means you have to be awakened "x" times in order to use that aura. For example "Spell Aura (12TA)" means in order to use that Spell Aura you need to be awakened at least 12 times. It is not hard to navigate with the NPC. Instance: Faceworm Nest Requirements: +140 Base Level, It can be done solo or in a party and the difficulty may scale with the number of members in the party, about 21 + (11*party members) faceworm amount per section. Cooldown: 23 Hours Noteworthy Rewards: Mystical Card Album Randomly enchanted and refined Faceworm Skins. Map & Levels: 1 Level only Level 1 Dungeon Monsters: Savage Greatest General Beetle King Faceworm Faceworm Queen[MVP] Dark Faceworm Venom Bug Faceworm Queen (Red) Faceworm Queen (Green) Faceworm Queen (Blue) Faceworm Queen (Yellow) Faceworm Egg Faceworm Larva Note: Most of the monsters here are insect race and poison elemental. The Guide: The Faceworm Nest instance is located at the right of the two large areas in the bottom left pathway in the Dimensional Space, or at dali 83, 64. The instance needs to be done in 1 hour. It can be done solo or in a party and the difficulty may scale with the number of members in the party, about 21 + (11*party members) faceworm amount per section. There are three NPCs related to the instance; the Magic Scholar, the Old sign, and the Interdimensional Device. The Magic Scholar will create the instance when the party’s leader speaks to him Part 1: Once inside the instance, players will appear in a location in Payon. Heading down, Chaos and Iris can be found. Have the party leader click on them to initiate a brief conversation with the duo, and then Faceworms will spawn all around the map. Scattered around the map are Savages, Greatest Generals, and Beetle Kings, which do not need to be killed. The Faceworms take some time to kill, having over 400,000 HP per Faceworm, but are generally slow, but do hit for a lot. Once all Faceworms are killed, the Dark Faceworm will spawn in the bottom right of the map. This Faceworm has 5 million HP. Eggs will spawn near it that will have a cast bar. Once the cast bar finishes, the eggs will heal the Faceworm. Once killed, the treasure chest will appear, and the portal will open up in the bottom right area near the large rock pile where the Dark Faceworm had spawned. Proceed through the portal to enter part 2 of the instance. Part 2: Talk to Iris and Chaos once again.After they finish talking, Faceworms will spawn again and they will need to be killed once more. Scattered around the map are mounds of dirt. Walking near them will trigger numerous Faceworm Larva. Though they do not need to be killed to continue the instance, it is advised to get rid of them quickly as they will get in the way. Once all the Faceworms are killed, the Dark Faceworm will spawn in the north of the map. Like before, this Faceworm has 5 million HP. Also like before, there will be eggs that spawn that can heal it when their cast finishes. Once killed, the second treasure chest will appear and the portal to part 3 will appear. The portal is at the very south of the map, to the right of the portal that was used to enter part 2. Part 3: Iris and Chaos are nowhere to be found. However, a high number of poison sacks will now spawn whenever players reach certain areas and they will respawn whenever players walk near. These poison sacks have a very slow timer and when they reach zero, they will explode, dealing moderate damage. Although the damage can be avoided with either Kyrie Eleison or Hide, standing near too many poison sacks can prove fatal if unavoided. However, the poison sacks can be killed fairly easily. There are more Faceworms in this area to be killed. Follow the path north to find them, while also being careful of the poison sacks. The Dark Faceworm will spawn in the north area with 5 million HP as before. This time, instead of eggs, poison sacks will appear to help hinder players and heal the Dark Faceworm. Once killed, the third treasure chest will appear and the portal to part 4 will appear in the bottom right of the fourth area. Do note poison sacks will continue spawning if players approach the area so proceed to the next area with caution. Part 4: Still no sign of Chaos and Iris. Instead, large clouds of bubbly poison fills numerous areas of this part. Approaching the center of any of the poisons will deal continuous damage at a high rate, killing players rapidly. This damage can be avoided with Kyrie Eleison and Hide like the poison sacks in part 3, but it is better advised to avoid walking too close to the centers. Kill all the Faceworms in this area, while being careful of the poison. The Dark Faceworm spawns in the west area this time. While also having eggs again to heal it, there will also be clouds of poison that spawn near it when fighting this Faceworm. Avoid the poison if possible while killing the beast. When this Faceworm dies, the fourth treasure chest will appear, along with the portal to the final area on the right. Beware of the poison as it will not go away. Part 5: Iris and Chaos are here now, and once the party leader talks to them, the Faceworm Queen will soon spawn. The Faceworm Queen has an extroardinarily high amount of HP, 28m + (2m*party members number) to be exact. The Faceworm Queen proves to be a formidable foe with her high amount of HP and devastating attacks. She can cast a powerful Waterball, Stormgust, and even Earthquake. The Faceworm Queen can change her element to Fire, Earth, Water, and Wind, and will be shown in an announcement when she does so. While fighting the Faceworm Queen, Chaos will tell players to move the Queen a certain direction. Doing so will allow Chaos to deal a high amount of damage to her, helping to kill her faster. Beware of moving her too far out from the middle, however, or she will become enraged. She will use everything from the previous rooms, namely the egg healing, the poison sacks, and the poison clouds. After killing the Faceworm Queen, the final treasure chest will appear, which contains two Giant Faceworm Snake Skins. A Transport Device will also spawn to allow players to head back to the Dimensional Space. The Old sign shows players the party that completed the Faceworm Nest fastest completed time along with the name of the party leader and how many people were in the party. If a new record has been made, it will be broadcasted to everyone in the server. The Interdimensional Device allows the party into the instance when spoken to. Inside the Faceworm Nest are Faceworms to kill. There are four main types of Faceworms to kill, three of which are required to be killed in order to move on. Regular Faceworms Dark Faceworms (can use painful Waterballs) Faceworm Queen (info in part 5) Faceworm Larva (traps, not necessary to kill) The Faceworm Nest instance is divided into five parts. When the boss of each part is killed, a treasure chest appears that can be clicked on that drops a Giant Faceworm Snake Skin, a garment that may or may not be slotted. This garment will come pre-enchanted, possibly pre-refined, and possibly slotted, and depending on how fast each part is completed will determine what the Giant Faceworm Snake Skin will have. The garment can have up to three enchants, ranging from 1~5 on each stat twice while the garment the Faceworm Queen can drop can have a stat up to 7, and a possible Special Stat enchant, which are similar to the Special Stat enchants obtainable on Fallen Angel Wings. Note: You can not reenter this instance if you happen to exit this instance before the instance done (e.g. disconnected, died then respawn). It is suggested to bring Token of Siegfried in case you die on the middle of the instance. Cooldown: 23 Hours Noteworthy Rewards: Closed Mind Box Bloody Coin Map & Levels: 1 Level of Dungeon Level 1 Dungeon Monsters: Evil Decorated Tree / Spirit Decorated Tree Evil Factory Manager Tyrannical Cookie / Outrageous Cookie Corrupted Cruiser Evil Imbued Box / Spirit Enchanted Box Spooky Spirit / Eerie Spirit Evil Cold Ghost / Malicious Cold Ghost Dancing Marionette Abandoned Teddy Bear Celine Kimi[MVP] Celine Kimi The Guide: To start this quest, go to Lutie (xmas 239, 299). Talk to the skull-faced girl there to reserve the instance, then click on the transporter to enter the instance. 1st Phase: After the introduction, talk to the Myst Case NPC who will transform your sprite into a Cookie (Red). Keep in mind you need to keep exploring while transformed. Venturing/talking to other NPC's aside from the transformation Myst Case while not transformed will spawn multiple Nightmare Cruisers. There are multiple Myst Case NPCs around the corners of the room; it is advised to speak to them when your transformation duration is about to expire. Kill Vicious Cookies and Evil Dwelling Boxes around the room. After enough are killed, there will be an announcement, and all remaining monsters will die. Move to northwest portion of this room and talk to the Green Cookie. You must be a Red Cookie in order to speak with this NPC. If you are not a Red Cookie, the NPC will disappear for a short while before reappearing, and will not speak to you until you are a Red Cookie. After the dialogue, talk to the new Myst Case NPC, who will transform you into a Myst Case. Player must be a Myst Case in order to proceed to the next location. Enter the portal to the right of the Green Cookie to move to the next phase. 2nd Phase: After speaking to Catherine, talk to the Myst Case NPC again to change your sprite into a Red Cookie. Similar to the first phase, you need to stay transformed while venturing; otherwise, Cruisers will spawn in large numbers around the room. If you somehow entered the portal you came from before finishing the second phase, you need to go back to first room and transform into a Myst Case again in order to go back to the second room. There are 10 workers (Green Cookie NPCs) throughout this room. Talk to them and listen to their stories. You cannot move, cast skills, or use any consumables while the workers are talking, but monsters can still target you at this time. After talking to all 10 workers, there will be another announcement and all remaining monsters will die. Proceed back through the portal you came from, and then enter the north portal to move to the next phase. 3rd Phase: Walk to the middle of the room to trigger a dialogue between Santa and Antonio. After Antonio disappears, enter the portal to the left. Here, there are many mobs, but only Antonio needs to be killed. After Antonio is killed, there will be another announcement, and all remaining monsters will die. Note: Antonio may also spawn in the room where the dialogue with Santa took place as well, so be sure to check before proceeding through the left portal. Go back to the center room, and then enter the right portal to move to the last phase. Boss Phase: Listen the conversation between Catherine and Celine Kimi. When it finishes, Celine Kimi and her phantom will spawn. Information about Celine Kimi She is Large Size, Ghost 1 Property and Undead Race. She has a large spongy Max HP (20m ~ 66m, depends on party size, 20m if solo, 66m if party of 12), high def, and high mdef, so it's best to have high ASPD AoE skills to take her down. She has the ability to obtain a golden aura for 10 seconds at a time; while she is in this aura, all attacks will reflect back in a screen wide AoE. It is best to avoid attacking her while the aura is up. The aura can be preemptively seen by Celine Kimi having long cast bar, and the use of the /hp emoticon. She also casts Pulse Strike, Power Up, Critical Wounds, Area Soul Drain (represented by a cast bar with /mp emoticon), Area Stone Curse, and Area Sleep. While in Power Up, her attacks can hit for around 15k without any reducts, so be prepared. If she was separated from her phantom, the phantom will heal Celine Kimi for a large amount. Make sure the Phantom is always close to her and that damage is done to both of them simultaneously. If she is moved too far from the area where she spawns, the fight will be completely reset, so make sure you do not drag her too far away. It is recommended to stay next to the wall above where she spawns to keep her in place, as well as to prevent the knockback from Pulse Strike. If her current HP is off by 1% compared to her Phantom's, the Phantom will heal Celine Kimi for 6% of her max HP. After Defeat: After Celine Kimi is defeated, walk through the southwest portal to treasure room. There will be 10 treasure box NPCs which will drop items when clicked. Rewards: NPC at (xmas 240, 294) will enchant certain items for 15 Bloody Coin per attempt. There is a chance of failure in which the item is destroyed, and enchants cannot be reset. You can trade Bloody Coin with the NPC for various equipments. After clearing the instance you will have 10 treasure chests with random drops. Inside the dungeon, go to the bridge, there will be a conversation between Zeith, Vrid and Reaper Yankou. You need to kill all monsters in the zone to be able to move to second zone. Same in second zone, you need to kill all monsters to be able to move to final zone. On final zone, head to the center of the room where you will see Zeith and Vrid will be frozen by Yankou (you will be frozen also, evil druid card or unfrozen armor works here). There will be a wave of Orc Zombies, followed by Verit and Megalodon that you need to kill. Once all undead wave cleared, Yankou with 50m HP will appear and you can kill him now. Once died, he will drop Prizes of Hero at 100% chance. Once done, talk to Vrid again to receive Token of Hero as well as move you out from the instance. From bottom-left to top-right rooms go from 1 to 23. Dungeon Monsters: Pere / Ferre Pere / Ferre Pere / Ferre Pere / Ferre Grand Pere / Awakened Ferre[MVP] Jitterbug Jitterbug Note: All monsters in this instance are Demon race; earth, water and undead elemental. The Guide: 1. Talk to Loel the Baby Royal Guard, Then Runane to book the instance. (Eden back door, the room where eden quest 100-140 is located) 2. When instance is ready, talk to Runane again and select Enter. You have 1 hour to complete this instance. 3. Talk to New Oz and a portal will appear on right wall. This instance is really straight forward. You need to go through 23 rooms (1st room and 23rd room are non-combat room). You need to clear all mobs in every room, then a NPC will appear. Talk to them and new portal advancing to the next room will be opened. There will be battle against Jitterbugs at room 9, 14, 17 and 20. And final boss, Awakened Ferre at room 22. 4. at Room 23, talk to New Oz again and an exit portal will appear. Note: for extra Jitterbug spawn, you have to memorize and reply NPC conversations properly. In some rooms, when you talk to NPC, you will be given options. These options will affect the boss encounter in the next room. Room 8 (Newoz, Lagi, Shalosh): Choosing 1st, 2nd and 4th Option will spawn 1 Jitterbug on Room 9. Choosing 3rd Option (NewOz red potion feat. Muka) will spawn 2 Jitterbugs on Room 9. Room 13 (NewOz, Miming, Shalosh, Lagi, Aigu, Loel): Choosing 1st option will spawn 1 Jitterbug on Room 14. Choosing 2nd Option (Shalosh was talking with someone) will spawn 2 Jitterbugs on Room 14. Room 16 (Shalosh, Aigu, Runane): Choosing 1st and 2nd Option will spawn 1 Jitterbug on Room 17. Choosing 3rd Option (We're happy) will spawn 2 Jitterbugs on Room 17. Room 19 (Loel and Gelka): Choosing 1st option will spawn 1 Jitterbug on Room 20. Choosing 2nd Option (You just made up the words to sound cool!) will spawn 2 Jitterbugs on Room 20. Room 20 (Everyone): Choosing 1st option will spawn 0 Jitterbug on Room 22. Choosing 2nd Option (Search alone) will spawn 2 Jitterbugs on Room 22. Note: You cannot reenter this instance if you happen to exit this instance before the instance done (e.g. disconnected, died then respawn).   12. Instance: Old Glast Heim Requirements: +130 Base Level, +2 Party Members. Cooldown: 23 Hours Noteworthy Rewards: Temporal Crystal Coagulated Spell and a chance to create Temporal Boots! Map & Levels: 2 Levels of Dungeon Level 1 with Treasure Room pathway Level 2 with Commander of Destruction spawn locations Dungeon Monsters: Corrupted Steward Grand Chamberlain in Pain Maggot Corrupted Palace Guard Corrupted Monk Wandering Archer Suffering Khalitzburg Corrupted Abysmal Knight Bloody Knight 1st Commander of Destruction 2nd Commander of Destruction (MVP) Corrupted Soul (MVP) Amdarais The Guide: Speak to Hugin in Glast Heim (glast_01 204, 273) and help him research the time gap. With 2 or more players in your party, the party leader must speak to Hugin in Glast Heim (glast_01 204, 273) and "Generate Time Gap". After the dungeon is created, talk to Hugin again to enter Old Glast Heim. Note: If you get disconnected at anytime after entering the dungeon, you will be unable to re-enter the instance until the cool down has expired. Note: There is a 1 hour and 30 minute time limit for completing the quest before the instance is destroyed. Once inside you will spawn in the 2nd Floor of Old Glastheim. The party leader will speak to Varmundt (gl_k 149, 41) . He will tell you about an incoming invasion lead by a valkyrie named Himelmez. The party leader should head north after talking to Varmundt and speak to Heinrich (gl_k 149, 100) . A cutscene will trigger between Heinrich and Himelmez. After their conversation, Abysmal Knights and Khalitzburgs will spawn. You do not have to kill them. After a few seconds Heinrich will kill all the monsters. Heinrich and Varmundt will ask the player to help in finding any survivors that might need help. After the two disappear a portal will open to the west (gl_k 96, 80) . Head into the portal and cross over to the west side. You will have to clear the Ghouls, Zombies, and Wraith mobs that spawn there. Once enough mobs have been killed an announcement will be made to find any survivors. Note: All monsters inside the instance are stronger and have higher HP than their normal counterparts. They also have the chance to drop Coagulated Spells, which can be used for enchanting Temporal Boots (see below). At this point only party leader needs to go to the southwest corner of the map and chat with survivor NPC (Butcher). The rest of the party can head over to central hall. Once leader chats with the survivor, a portal will open to the east. Head to the east portal. Similar to the west side the party needs to clear sufficient number of mobs to activate the survivor NPC (Blacksmith) which is located up the eastern stairs. Again, only the party leader needs to speak with the NPC to open the portal in the North-east area. The rest of the party can go ahead. Note: On the eastern side there are Decomposed Bodies laid on the floor as traps. If a player comes within 3 cells of the body, it triggers a mob of Arclouzes to spawn. The North area of the map is filled with Raydrics and Raydric Archers. Once enough mobs have been defeated head to the central north area of the map. Here you will again find Himelmez chatting with Varmundt and Heinrich. Once she disappears the first MVP Root of Corruption will spawn. Upon defeating the MVP, each party member should speak with Varmundt and collect 1 Temporal Crystal and 1 Coagulated Spell. Note: If any of the party members are dead when the MVP dies, then they do not receive the kill count and are unable to receive any items from Varmundt. Go into the north portal to enter the 1st Floor of Old GH. Here Heinrich will again have a discussion with Varmundt and a portal will open in the west. Enter the west portal. In addition to the previous mobs the area will be filled with Abysmal Knights and Bloody Knights. Upon clearing sufficient mobs an announcement will be made stating the appearance of an evil presence. Find and defeat the 1st Commander of Destruction mini boss which will open a portal to the east. Head to the east portal via the central bridge. Similar to the west side, clear all the mobs to spawn the 2nd Commander of Destruction mini boss and defeat her. A portal will open to the north. Enter the north portal and as you walk further north past some Decomposed Bodies, you will see Heinrich confronting Himelmez again. There is a floating body of the last survivor in GH which Himelmez will convert into the MVP Amdarais. Once the dialogue is over the MVP will spawn at the location of the floating body. During the MVP fight, random mobs will spawn in the central area. Defeat the MVP and speak with Hugin. He will give 5 of each Temporal Crystal and Coagulated Spell the first time you complete the instance and 1 of each thereafter. After collecting the reward, the player can: A- Speak with Hugin to warp back to the entrance, or B- Go to the Treasure Room on the 2nd Floor to collect 7 Coagulated Spells and other loots. Click on the fountain in the top right corner of the 2nd Floor to be warped to the Treasure Room in the middle. The Guide: 1-1. At St. Capitolina Abbey, enter the building. Warper should teleport you just near NPC. Inside, your party leader must speak with Friar Patrick (monk_test 309, 146) 2. After asking to enter, the party must wait for the instance to be created. The party will have 5 minutes to enter the dungeon, or else the dungeon will be destroyed. If the dungeon is destroyed, the party may request another one immediately. A party may leave the shrine, but they must return to the shrine in 5 minutes. The party will have 2 hours to finish the dungeon. After the instance expires, the party leader and anyone that participated in the party will be unable to create a new instance for 12 hours. (Party members can go with another party leader who can create the dungeon, however.) Note: A window will appear showing pertinent time limits for the dungeon. If it is closed, it can be opened again using the shortcut Alt+B. 3. Once inside, the party leader must talk to the Falling Grave NPC to begin the quest in the Shrine (141, 221). Snatch, Teleport (Fly Wings too), Safety Wall and Assumptio are disabled in the dungeon. Assumptio Scrolls can be used, however. 4. Talk to the Falling Graves. The correct one will give a Pendant of Spirit. Only the Party Leader can obtain and return the pendant to the Falling Grave (141, 221). 5. Return the Pendant of Spirit to the first Falling Grave. The NPC will instruct you to meet him in the center of the Catacomb. 6. Now talk to the Soul of Ancient Hero in the middle of the map. He will require one representative of the party (the party leader) to get 10 Essence of Fire. He will also instruct you to gather Token of Apostle. Only the party leader and anyone who left the dungeon during the quest needs to have a Token of Apostle to progress to the next floor. You will have 1 hour to finish his task. Essence of Fire are obtained from Torches. Token of Apostle are obtained automatically by killing any monster named Apostle of Baphomet. These are tradable among party members, but only the party leader and anyone who left the dungeon during the course of the quest are required to have them in order to progress to the next floor. If the party leader disconnects, respawns, or otherwise leaves the dungeon while collecting Essence of Fire, the Soul of Ancient Hero will no longer correctly recognize the party leader, and the quest cannot be continued. 7. After returning with the items, Soul of Ancient Hero will open the portal to the second floor. The portal can be found at the lower right side of the floor. 8. Once on the second floor, talk to The Main Altar to summon Great Demon Baphomet. Great Demon Baphomet is invulnerable to your attacks. 9. The Soul of Ancient Hero will tell you of seals that will weaken Baphomet. He will instruct you to go to 5 seal locations on the map. The locations are: 2 o'clock, 4 o'clock, 8 o'clock, 10 o'clock and the middle (above The Main Altar). The light blue dots show the locations of the seals. 10. Great Demon Baphomet must be brought INTO the seal and the seal must be activated to weaken Baphomet. Upon activating a seal, your party has a few seconds to damage Baphomet. The Soul of Ancient Hero will tell your party which seal to activate next. The party member who activates a seal will be Stone Cursed for approximately 30 seconds. It is during this time that the other party members must attack and damage Baphomet. The party member who activates a seal cannot activate two seals in a row. Thus, a party must have a rotation for members who will activate seals. Note: There might be a bug where only center seal works. If this happens use the central seal to tank MVP and let a party member go and click other seal. They are interlinked, press one every seal works! Rewards: Upon killing Great Demon Baphomet, one of the possible drop items is a Cursed Baphomet Doll, which is used to make the headgear, Giant Magestic Goat. Process of headgear creation: 1. After killing Great Demon Baphomet and receiving a Cursed Baphomet Doll in your inventory: Do not talk to the Champion NPC to warp out. Use a Butterfly Wing or use the Warp Portal acolyte skill to get out of the instance map. DO NOT talk to any other NPC, AT ALL. Come back to Friar Patrick first and DISCUSS ONLY THE DOLL. Note: Any other choice but talking to Friar Patrick about the doll that you hold in your inventory will result in failure of the headgear quest. Step 2 will not activate unless you have spoken to the Friar about the doll first. If you talk to any other NPC, or select any other option, your completion status on the instance is reset. This means if you mess up this step by selecting any other option than the doll option or talking to any other NPC, you might possibly have to redo the entire Sealed Shrine Quest again, gain completion of the instance according to the server, and regain the doll. You have been warned! 2.
